A tradition started in the Skip Holtz era 15 years ago, the Pirates continue to celebrate wins with a feast of steak and shrimp.
It’s a rite Holtz first experienced while coaching under his father, Lou Holtz, at Notre Dame and South Carolina. He’s held steak and shrimp dinners at every stop since, including his current post at Louisiana Tech. And with the Bayou State's Cajun roots, the Bulldogs have also added a seafood gumbo to the mix.

On his game-clinching touchdown against USF, Randle Jones caught a screen pass from Anthony Russo and scooted around the edge and up the sideline for a 13-yard score. It was a simple play that Temple used repeatedly against the Bulls, and in its season opener against Navy, and will surely continue to be featured in the offense in 2020.
